Black Rock Garden

For Sight Unseen Offsite, Slash Objects transforms Retrosuperfuture into a black rock garden. Recycled rubber ‘rocks' are used to create the landscape in which design pieces are carefully composed in space.

To create the atmosphere of dark springtime, black concrete, dark marble accents, and brass highlights are used. Black rock garden exposes the tension that exists as forms are set adjacent to one another, inviting visitors to experience a constructed sense of harmony within.
